The best decision we made when helping our son search for a home was to use Kathi as our realtor. He was relocating and couldn't personally see the homes at first, so we were previewing for him. In the current market, many homes were selling sight unseen or within just hours. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, often dropping things she was doing to jump in the car and meet us at a property. She developed an instant feel for the exact type of home and community that would be the best fit for his family. She was extremely professional throughout the process and because he was a first time home buyer, helped him through many of the technicalities of home buying. I would strongly recommend Kathi as a real estate professional!

We used Kathi to sell our home. She was extremely supportive, proactive and provided guidance through the whole selling process. Her expertise at staging helped put our home in the best light. Kathi provided great alternatives for furniture/accessory placement using our existing furniture and adding items from her own personal stock. While at first we questioned some furniture placement as "we wouldn't put our furniture that way", there was a method to her madness and it turned out great! Kathi also has a team of other professionals that we needed during the selling process. All her recommendations worked out well! In the end, we sold our home quickly and at a price we were very happy with! Overall, trust that Kathi truly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile for them. You are in good hands if you work with her in the selling or buying process.

She is very knowledgeable about everything and happily answered all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. She has high standards when it comes to making sure her clients get the best service whether she is helping a buyer or seller. As a buyer, Kathi was able to pick up on what I was looking for early in the process and when looking at houses in-person she made sure that what I wanted was in the forefront of her mind. She also had great recommendations for people and companies to use throughout the process as I didn't have many contacts/connections. Moving from a home you've lived in for 18 years is a daunting task, physically and emotionally. But, Kathi and Nancy were there for us every step of the way. Their patience in helping us get our home ready to put on the market helped us get through the process and their experience in staging the house for sale was critical in the quick success we had.
