Knowledgeable - Rick knew the market I was about to enter and told me what I NEEDED to hear. Efficient - Because Rick took the time to explain to me what I NEEDED to hear, we were able to shave significant time off the selling process. He knew where and when to advertise my home and how much to ask for. Available - I travel for work nearly every week and Rick made my home accessible to buyers while I was away. Bottom Line - I didn't think it was possible, but Rick sold my home for 98% of my asking price in the middle of winter while my property was under 2.5 feet of snow in 6 WEEKS!
