Working with Vickie and team was an absolute pleasure. She starts by doing her homework and she really knows Naperville and prevailing home values. She then consults you on pricing and she turned out to be spot on with her advice. Then, she markets effectively - generated over 20 showings in four days resulting in three offers over the listing price. Finally, she communicates frequently and does whatever is required during the sales process, down to watering plants for us absentee sellers. We *highly* recommend Vickie and the team at B&W for a seamless and successful experience!
