The best decision we made when helping our son search for a home was to use Kathi as our realtor. He was relocating and couldn't personally see the homes at first, so we were previewing for him. In the current market, many homes were selling sight unseen or within just hours. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, often dropping things she was doing to jump in the car and meet us at a property. She developed an instant feel for the exact type of home and community that would be the best fit for his family. She was extremely professional throughout the process and because he was a first time home buyer, helped him through many of the technicalities of home buying.
