Kathi is amazing and working with her was the best decision when looking to buy a house. She is very knowledgeable about everything and happily answered all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. She has high standards when it comes to making sure her clients get the best service whether she is helping a buyer or seller. As a buyer, Kathi was able to pick up on what I was looking for early in the process and when looking at houses in-person she made sure that what I wanted was in the forefront of her mind. She also had great recommendations for people and companies to use throughout the process as I didn't have many contacts/connections.
