9 years ago Vickie helped my husband and I find our first home (She was so kind). We were ready for more space, so I called Vickie and she remembered who we were. We listed our first home for sell with Vickie and received multiple offers quickly. The first buyer changed their mind and Vickie swiftly got our second buyer.Everything with the second buyer didn't go smoothly (Lack of communication and very slow on their end). Vickie constantly communicated with us and helped this 3 way transaction. The day before closing our buyer asked for an extension (we were set to move). If it weren't for Vickie advocating and staying on top of everyone we would not be in our new house today. Yesterday was closing day and everything that could go wrong did. We are so grateful for Vickie because she was always positive when things weren't going well. She walked us through everything, took phone calls when I was stressed out. I would definitely recommend Vickie as a realtor and will be calling her whe we decide to purchase another property.
