Being a first time home buyer is stressful enough let alone in this crazy market. Before connecting with Julia I was working with another realtor who would not answer my emails, phone calls and was very unprofessional after two weeks I decided to read reviews and go with another realtor. She's not only professional, but knowledgable and personable. She was with us every step of the way even when our offer would get rejected she would always provide words of encouragement and hope. It is 2021 and we successfully transitioned from our old home into a new one. What a crazy time to be navigating this market. Julia has been doing this for over 15 years now and it shows. She was on target for all pricing. She was on point with all communication. She advocates for you like a momma bear. When needed, she tracked down brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and contractors to gently remind them that she was Alpha. The best decision we made when helping our son search for a home was to use Kathi as our realtor. He was relocating and couldn't personally see the homes at first, so we were previewing for him. In the current market, many homes were selling sight unseen or within just hours. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, often dropping things she was doing to jump in the car and meet us at a property. She developed an instant feel for the exact type of home and community that would be the best fit for his family. She was extremely professional throughout the process and because he was a first time home buyer, helped him through many of the technicalities of home buying.
