Everything moved so quickly. My family was very supportive and I was overwhelmed. I still am and feel like it is a vacation; I am in my new home now for 2 weeks and getting to know my way around. "We relocated from IN to Naperville, IL recently. Kathi Heathely was our buyer's agent. We were so glad we had Kathi. She is very dedicated, experienced, professional, and friendly. It took us a while to find our house. We focused on town house initially and then landed with Single family house. Kathi showed us about 50 homes total in approximately 6 weeks. She responded to our requests, emails, messages promptly and were always well prepared for the showings. We lived about 3 hours away and she always accommodated to our schedule. She provided lots of recommendations and guidance through the process on many important things. She covers the entire Chicago metro area. But if you are looking at Naperville she is absolutely to realtor to go to because that is her hometown and she is so familiar with the area. We had some niche selection criteria so it was challenging to find a house matching our need. Kathi was very patient and never stop pursuing new potential candidates for us. We found our new home in the ideal school district and neighborhood with her help. She navigated us through the purchase process which is definitely complex and stressful. In today's dynamic and competitive market, we feel lucky to have Kathi! She is so friendly and such a nice person to work with. She is alway polite with smile on her face. She is so nice to my daughter. My daughter keeps telling me how much she likes Kathi and appreciate her gifts and ice cream treats during the tours. We know it was a big challenge having her on these tours which were so boring to a little kid. Kathi did such a good job comforting her and letting us focus than we ever imagine. That was definitely above and beyond our expectation on our realtor. She also provided a lot of good information on contractors, etc post closing. After the sale, she checked up on us how the new house was going. She is not only our realtor but a good friend. We really appreciate her.In the end, I highly recommend Kathi. She is a experienced professional realtor and she loves her job. She cares about her clients. I am definitely recommending her to all my friends and family."

"I was looking for an apartment or condo to rent in the Naperville or Lisle area so I can be close to work. Kathi helped me find the perfect condo! After giving her my info on what I was looking for, she was right on it. She returned messages promptly and answered all my questions. Very quickly, she managed to find a beautiful condo that I fell in love with. She set up the showing (and got me set up for all of the ins and outs of renting) right away. She even worked out some snafus as well. I'm here in my new place and I couldn't be happier! She even checked up on me to see how everything was going!
