Being a first time home buyer is stressful enough let alone in this crazy market. Before connecting with Julia I was working with another realtor who would not answer my emails, phone calls and was very unprofessional after two weeks I decided to read reviews and go with another realtor. I connected with Julia and I'm beyond happy that I did- BEST decision. Julia responded to my email promptly and provided lots of information about the process. She's not only professional, but knowledgable and personable. She was with us every step of the way even when our offer would get rejected she would always provide words of encouragement and hope. I believe it was because of her years of experience and persistence that we got our dream home. I couldn't be happier and couldn't have asked for more. Julia is hands down one of the best in her field. If your trying to buy a home and looking for a realtor Julia Corkey is the one!!!!

She then consults you on pricing and she turned out to be spot on with her advice.
